Mindful Movement with Marissa has quite possibly been the best thing that’s happened to me during these months of quarantining. No matter my mood or the state of my body, after a session of Mindful Movement, I feel happier, stronger and more limber. Such a great feeling! I’ve noticed that over time, I’ve gotten more toned and poses/exercises that were initially difficult, have gotten easier.
